For the school year I worked with grades 3 and 6 teaching humanities including: Phonics, Language Arts, Social Studies, and Art. In this 50/50 bilingual model of education I created specific learner profiles for the students to enhance proficiency in the English.

Working within this unique location, I added a class for the grade 6 students entitled Global Studies, to further analyze the world around them. This course highlighted major international figures and philosophers such as Gandhi, Martin Luther King and Pablo Friere.
