My journey to becoming a teacher began with completing a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies, at the University of Calgary. I have always been interested in education equity and accessibility in different communities. I have been fortunate to live and work  in Mexico, Kenya, and Macao

Specializing in inclusive practices at the primary level at the Werklund School of Education, I have come to learn how to create a classroom atmosphere that caters to all learners.

I am passionate about inquiry in the classroom and see discovery as a natural way to engage learners at all levels. I also believe that experiential learning is essential to create a real world understanding and motivate critical thinkers who have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Be the change you wish to see in the world."
